Real Time PCR method (Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction) represents the most rapid, sensitive and specific system to quantify nucleic acids and it is now the standard for molecular diagnosis of the most important viral and bacterial diseases.
EliGene® line proposed in this section is designed and manufactured by Elisabeth Pharmacon. Real Time PCR kits are optimized for ABI700, ABI7300 and ABI7500, RotorGene and LightCycler 2.0. instruments.
Kits include positive and internal controls. EliGene® QRT standards for HSV, VZV, HBV and HCV are also available. The kits are manufactured under the most stringent criteria of ISO 13485 quality system.
