Intuition is a software developed to provide the best user experience thanks to a modern user interface able to guide the operator through the operations programmed for each single parameter.

LabFLOW and EasyRESULT enable a product specialist to easily implement any protocol on SkyLAB™ 752 analyzer.

xCONNECTION provides support for communication with LIS and preanalytical systems.

xIVD is a technology that allows storage in a single file of all information generated by each run and it is created in order to comply with regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11.

PERFORMANCE

SkyLAB™ 752 IS EQUIPPED WITH TWO INNOVATIVE DISPENSING SYSTEMS ABLE TO WORK SIMULTANEOUSLY AND INDEPENDENTLY.

This enables the instrument to pipette an entire microplate in half the time compared to other analyzers available on the market. It also eliminates any drift effect and reduces to zero carryover using standard disposable tips.

The innovative and unique dispensing technology grants precision and accuracy; warnings appear in the presence of any clots or pipetting troubles.

THE MOVEMENT of the manifold robotic arm does not interfere with the movement of the other two robotic arms, pipettes and microplate robotic arm; this makes the dispensing, washing and reading steps independent of each other. This architecture allows to keep execution times of each processing step aligned with directions given on kit's IFU, leading to elimination of any drift effect.

SkyLAB™ 752 pressure control makes the washer extremely flexible and adaptable to any assays.

IN STANDARD CONFIGURATION , SkyLAB™ 752 accommodates five positions on the working area equipped with incubators. Under the working area, two additional positions are available, one of them equipped with a shaker incubator. Each of the seven positions can contain both microplates and IFA slides.

AS AN OPTIONAL under the working area, SkyLAB™ 752 can accommodate from one to four positions equipped with incubators and shakers that can contain both microplates and IFA slides

INCUBATORS are able to keep temperatures between room temperature and 50°C. Incubators are located under the microplates, enabling all the tests’ steps to be performed without moving the microplates.

THIS INNOVATIVE DESIGN allows constant access to the microplates by the washer and pipettes, even during incubation, so that the whole procedure applied to each strip can be closely followed and monitored. Additionally, this unique approach allows to eliminate the drift effect.

SkyLAB™ 752 USES A LED MICROPLATE READING system that allows precision, reduced maintenance and a 3.3 OD photometric range. A state of the art LED light-source provides high performance and minimum maintenance, large measurement range and excellent reproducibility.
