Pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation 2016/679, the undersigned AXA Diagnostics S.p.A., with registered offices in via Santa Sofia 22, 20122 Milan, Italy and operative offices in Cornaredo, in via Merendi 22, hereby informs you that the personal data you provide, or that are acquired as part of the activities performed by our Company, may be subjected to processing.

AXA Diagnostics S.r.l. hereby guarantees that personal data will be processed in compliance with the above regulation, fundamental rights and liberties, as well as the data subject’s dignity, in particular as regards their confidentiality, personal identity and right to protect their personal data, as well as applicable laws and confidentiality obligations pertaining to the Company’s business ethic.

Purpose of processing (Information Request purposes)

AXA Diagnostics S.r.l. shall collect, store and file the personal data you provide, through the “Contact us” section of the website www.axadiagnostics.com.

Collected and processed data is necessary for responding to requests for information and contact.

If any personal data is encountered in the message that reveals the data subject’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership or any data that could provide information concerning the data subject’s health, sex life or sexual orientation or information that can be considered “special categories of personal data” pursuant to article
9 of European Regulation 2016/679, the associated data shall be immediately removed.

Other purposes of processing (Promotion and market research purposes)

The collected and processed data can be used for market research purposes, promotion and commercial information purposes and may be disclosed to associate or third party companies in order to achieve the same purposes.

Failure to provide data

The refusal to provide all or any data may make it impossible for the undersigned to process your data and, consequently, to perform the processing operations described in point 1).
Refusal to grant consent to other processing purposes specified under point 2) will not compromise the possibility to use functions made available in the “Contact us” section.

Duration of data processing and filing

Your personal data will be kept by the Data Controller for as long as is strictly necessary to perform the processing operations described and in accordance with law and in any case for 24 months from your last contact request, unless contractual relationships are established with the Controller.

Types of processing
